Brilliant shop. Guy who works there is really friendly & helpful. Popped in for a look around, soon had a cup of tea in hand talking to the owner and another customer about all sorts of music for over two hours. Great wide selection. From usual finds to pretty obscure rare finds. SUPPORT SUPPORT SUPPORT.

What a gem of a place!! Visited this afternoon for my first time at any record store. Such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Allan was so helpful and offered suggestions for music to try out based on my purchases. Plentiful selection of records for sale including impressive collectible items too. Will 100% be visiting again in the not too distant future!! Definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic place, good variety of music available as well as videos and other retro items. Have always felt welcomed and was once given a coffee and a go on the atari! Has a lot of decoration and character so its great that they have made use of the old bookshop cafe.

Fantastic record shop with a really sociable vibe. Allan at Collect & Survive will always offer great recommendations, is really welcoming and happy to help you find any music you're looking for. Amongst the used records there's some good bargains to be found alongside the more rare and collectable items. There's loads to tempt anyone to walk out with a bag full of music from a broad range of genres. Also carries a good range of new music too so there really is something for everyone. Highly recommended, definitely one of the best record shops in Liverpool.
