My nails are absolutely stunning for my wedding. Not 2 minutes after having them done several people asked me where I had them. They could not be mire perfect thank you x

Another fab visit to Elegance Nails in Stratford upon Avon yesterday. The staff are so friendly and patient! I’ve been using them regularly for a couple of years and they always do an excellent job of hands and feet. They work quickly and precisely and are great value for money. I’ve never been disappointed. I definitely recommend.

These guys could improve tenfold if they just understood the concept of customer service, not even decent customer service, just customer service would benefit. It's just a numbers game to them and because of the high turn around, 1 in , 1 out, they don't care about repeat custom either, probably don't even understand the concept. There is no consistency with pricing, it changes depending on who's done your nails that day and no accountability for less than acceptable performance (we all have our off days)so I wonder how they performance manage their staff. The fact that most of your arylics nails break within a week can't possibly be anything to do with them, you must have been actually using your hands whilst living your life instead of wrapping them in bubble wrap (which they don't provide). Most of the staff are actually quite nice and as long as you accept whatever they do, whether a good job or not you'll be fine, there's no accountability at all so like it or lump it, your risk. And don't dare suggest a less than perfect performance, you'll have the wrath of the manager to deal with, very unpleasant and rude, particularly the female variety. It's just so disorganised, you make an appointment, sit and wait at least an hour past your time because they allowed drop ins earlier then have to deal with a sour faced rude manageress if you dare voice the injustice. The guys around the corner are far nicer to deal with. And there you have it, directly in your response below, defensive and a lack of accountability. There is no room for constructive feedback, god forbid you should take on board and actually consider what your customers say. David, a lovely person btw, did not spend 3 hours on my nails, I had to wait 1 hour for a 1pm appointment, therefore he spent 2 hours on my nails. I cannot account for how fast or slow your staff work, they all work at different paces, some are quicker, some take longer.I have been coming for a while and have spent a lot of money with you but this is due more to the fact that it's super easy to get an appointment last minute rather than because I enjoy the experience, you are on the whole quite rude and insolent to customers as are one or two of your staff. A small price to pay for the ease in getting nails done last minute...or so I used to think. What actually happened yesterday was I turned up 10 mins late for a 1pm appointment. I had to wait for an hour, sadly not unusual. 6 of my nails and 2 toe nails were severely broken after only a 3 week earlier appointment which I had paid £75 for. David spent approx 2 hours on my nails. I was then charged £71 again, I merely tried to reason whether it was fair to pay for another full set, when over half were badly broken. It was suggested to me that the broken nails were my fault for using my hands a lot...really? But my toe nails were also broken, is this because I walk a lot then??? When I tried to reason with you, you were rude and loud, I told you it wasn't about not paying but for me it was about the principle and fairness and giving you an opportunity to meet in the middle, any gesture or recognition from you would have gone a long way but when I offered £70 because I didn't have any pound coins, you point blank refused, I have given more than this several times in tips. Re your late comment...every time I come whether on time or not there is a wait, usually at least 20 mins but normally longer and I've never complained about that, but I have witnessed customers who have, so I'm not sure that's a fair comment, however it seems that's what you're all about and there is little evidence that is going to change. I do hope you can take onboard this feedback so your other paying customers will benefit because I certainly won't be back to pay money to a business with this sort of attitude.

Very lovely nails. The person doing my nails was very gentle and quick but precise. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he got it done in an hour. He did cut my thumb by accident but I have tics so that may well have been my fault. Beautiful job, either way. If I lived in Stratford I would definitely come back here to get my nails done.

Elegance nails always leave me happy with my nails. They fitted me in last minute & listened to exactly what I wanted. They have such a range of colours & let you take your time to pick without rushing you which is rare.

Nice staff and good nails but don’t bother booking and appointment as they have no idea what that means and will happily let you sit there waiting for an hour +.*in response to their response, the review is not reflected on the fact that they were not able to book me in. It is based on the unsatisfactory customer service which I have received for over a year and the consistant lengthy wait times are what initiated in my decision to change nail salons to somewhere that is more efficient.
