I booked a party for my son on the 14th October @ 1pm. The whole process was smooth and the party was amazing. The lady , who managed the party was AMAZING, she was helpful, patient, professional and friendly and she should be getting promoted asap! My son was really happy with his day.

Visited here with my girls as treat to start the summer holidays off and they loved it! There was so much for them to do and the staff was very friendly too. Especially one young woman called macy she was very helpful! Will be returning thank you!

We arrived early at around 10:15 this morning. (Friday in the school holidays) We managed to park close to the building so we didn't have too far to walk. The reception/tills were quiet and because we were early we were asked if we wanted to go on earlier than our booked time which we did and we're thankful for.I went upstairs to the viewing gallery.I tried to order a hot drink but I was told the drinks machine was broken.The food offering was ok but limited choice for people with allergies or a food intolerance.The visit went largely uneventful but one lady nearby was cross because one of the bouncy castles wasn't working. She claimed it was never working.All in all our visit experience was 3* good. Staff were attentive and helpful. The toilet was reasonably clean.

Quite a few courses to try out. Very spacious and the staff were friendly. We went on a Saturday evening and it wasn't that busy. Food and drinks in the cafe upstairs was reasonably priced.

This was an amazing venue to go trampolining at, where the staff got me and my friends checked in promptly! The waiver machines are easily operable, lockers are free which is practical and there are a large number of trampolines around. Launch pad ones are both large and small to bounce off and long trampolines are worthy especially one that leads into the airbag, where there is a standard one alternatively! Trampoline basketball, challenges and Total Wipeout are also worth it totally.

Staff member called Lucas he told me he is the manger but I found out he is a supervisor. He ruined our family day out he was very rude and aggressive , disrespectful staff member he aggressively approached my 7 year old daughter without having word with me I was present there with my children if there was problem his job was to discuss with me first.This place is made for children’s to enjoy by following the rules which we did follow my daughter wanted to go inside the wipeout she went inside waiting for it be operated I said wait I will tell this staff person to operate he was right next to wipeout he turned around and said to my daughter get out right know so aggressively did you take my permission!I got really upset by his behaviour I said to him this is not right way to talk with young children he was rude with me he didn’t let my daughter go on he ruined my hole day I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE your children’s will come home upset waste of money

My kids love it here! They never get bored, even with the 2 hour slot.The cafe area is great for parents as it looks over the play area.

Gravity is a great place for children especially birthday parties . It was my daughter's 12 birthday party yesterday. And the staff was really great . At getting the lift down . And helping me through the lift door gravity are great . And the staff are friendly

worst experience at a trampoline park ,started with staff at the front desk who instead of serving customers decided to cash up mid day , the lockers are useless and most are broken and place stinks of sweaty socks , we then after watching the safety video got marshalled away as our orange trampoline socks were not the in-house ones branded you can purchase ( they were literally the same from another park just diffent branding) so another con to get you to pay more . The park itself is okay but the staff is what made the experience really bad for me . I have a child with special needs so he didn’t understand why we had to stop jumping and go change our socks , the staff just looked at me like i don’t care , Next the staff seem to have some complex with whistles , apprently i as an adult can’t jump on one trampoline with a 5 yo and 2 yo ( who could barely jump unaided) i tried explaining the situation but they kept whistling in the end i just ignored them as i knew i would never come back . For the premium you charge train your staff to be more attentive , understanding and intrested in letting people have a good time …such a shame as it’s actually a good park but the staff let it down completely !

I use to love to go there with my family, not anymore. The price has increased, the toddlers and kids under 7 paying the same amount as an adult and the facility is not that clean , the smell of sweat is very strong ( an AC could make difference ) and when it’s raining you can see the rain coming in some areas of jump clearly needs maintenance.The staff it’s amazing nothing to complain about, just if you making a lot money you should maintain your place to make it fair .
