If you're looking to buy a car that needs 3 automatic gearbox replacements before 81,000 miles then volvo is the answer.If you're looking to be sold a car that doesn't match the online description then volvo is the answerIf you're looking for rude salesman, volvo is the answer.If you're looking for all round unreliability volvo is the answer.If I could give -5 star I would.Imagine traveling 4hrs to view a car that you thought was in perfect condition and turn up to this. The sales team didn't even tell me about it once, over the phone or display it on the online advert.

Great experience. John was very helpful from start to end with quick replies to my queries through email and phone.Non pushy salesman which everyone hates. Friendly and if he didn’t know the answer he would quickly find out for me.I would highly recommend the company and the salesman John with all his help with my new purchase vehicle.

I highly doubt I would have purchased a car from Marshall if Tugay wasn't the sales guy. It took a few good months and he was patience! He found me a Volvo XC60, and the service I received from him was fantastic!

AVOID!!Not sure where to start… Sold us a Tesla that we later found out had been involved in an accident. After driving away the car from the dealership, noticed that it had a flat tyre, then realised that a wheel bolt was missing. Weeks later, more and more problems with the vehicle occured.The management teams attitude was horrendous, zero accountability and lies after lies. Months later, I’m still no closer to a solution- Calls and emails being ignored.Cowboy organisation- do not buy from them!

Poor Parts Department:-Last week I made at least (7) calls to the parts department, no one answered the phone from midday to the late afternoon. Upon leaving my details with reception, I did get a call back but I missed it. I instantly called back a few times to get no answer again and then reception answered the phone. I expected a call today and yet again no call. I called this morning and was promised a call and yet again no call was received. I went to another dealer in the end who picked up the phone and ordered my parts without issue. Never have I expericed such a frustrating situation.

I part exchanged my car and was given a very good deal, higher than any other part exchange offer. Tugay was very helpful and responsive from initial contact all the way through to part exchange valuation and hand over of the new car. Highly recommend for a trusted dealer.
