Had a new boiler fitted today by a lovely engineer named Mass, who explained everything really well as he went along, worked fast and offered options on the aesthetics of the pipes. Everything from his super-organised tools to him dust sheeting our carpets was extremely professional and he left the place cleaner than when he arrived. Mass even worked around us having a washing machine delivered (into the same space) and plumbed that in for me at no extra cost! Very highly recommend this team. Thank you.

Turned up on time and good communication. Bad points left pipe work leaking, did come back and resolve after chasing. However, flooring was already damaged and had to be replaced. Also ran condensate pipe across appliance socket, meaning socket had to be moved to be accessible (see photo)

Relocate boiler upstairs. On time, clean, polite, enthusiastic and smartly turned out. Due to a complicated flu route through the roof, we were impressed to see Bass employ the service of a roofer who turned up within the hour. This enabled the job to be completed on time on the day, without impeding on our hot water supply. All pipes were routed under 70mm height as requested (for insulation boards later), so thanks guys for a super service and price. Thoroughly professional outfit that I will now call for all our heating needs going forwards.

Listening effectively and advising accordingly, to assure that only the best of the best service is delivered.They went out of their way to make sure that all work was done with the greatest of care, ensuring that our antiquated system was fully removed and refreshed with new piping and equipment, in an extremely competent, economic and professional manner.They even successfully diagnosed a major time-consuming infrastructural problem with the utmost of perseverance (without any fuss) - I highly commend them for this.A thumbs up from me - fully recommended!!Thank you so much to you and your Team !! :o)
