We needed a new thermostat installed and naturally turned to the services of Miguel at Gomez Plumbing and Heating. Very happy with the new thermostat (a smart one by Tado) which he installed quickly and efficiently. Miguel even took the time to make sure I used the app properly and understood all the functions. Miguel, I would like to thank you for your professionalism and expert service.As my boiler originated with the house(1990) never serviced and never changed, I really needed a combi Boiler fitted.Who better to ask than Gomez Plumbing and Heating!with Miguel you cannot go wrong, he is literally he perfect choice hard working, expert in heating systems, reliable, punctual with perfect communication skills.I was updated of the progress throughout the job, he was also very considerate of us having 2 young kids, with the little one having his nap time middle of the day he kept the noise to a minimum.Couldn't be more happy and confident with the outcome, love the new boiler.

After being let down by Viessman UK who failed to respond to a repair booking I searched for a local heating engineer who repaired Viessman boilers and found Gomez Heating.Miguel turned up at the appointment time, diagnosed the problem but needed a spare part that had to come from Germany. He ordered up the necessary parts and returned to fix the boiler within his estimated time for the parts delivery. No payments were requested until the job was completed and the boiler up and running. A proper invoice was forwarded by email for payment.Overall a very professional business and I would not hesitate to recommend his services.I shall certainly be booking him for my next boiler service.
