It was time to look for a new car and having had previous experience from buying here it was logical to see what they had in stock. i'm not one for leaving reviews but Eric and Charlie made the whole experience excellent. A car is the 2nd biggest purchase next to your home so you have to be careful. The Audi I chose was prepared to an excellent standard, one wheel had a minor blemish - which when I went to collect I was going to ask where would be good to get it repaired, however to my amazement the guys had got it done for me ! I'm more than happy to recommend this garage to anyone, it's a busy place and stock changes all the time so if you see something act quick. 10/10 guys !

Never Ever Ever Ever Ever buy a car from these crooks...Sold a car not fit for purpose. Warranty was a complete sham and never existed. Claimed to use a third party company for the warranty. When contacted, they knew nothing about my car or this company!Charlie Walker is a con man - do not trust this company!

I purchased a Fiat 500 from MVM about 4 weeks ago and have been disappointed with the car and very disappointed with the customer service. Within 48 hours of collecting the car, the battery was flat and wouldn't take a change (i.e. the battery was defective). I emailed Charles at MVM to see if he had noticed any issues with the battery and he completely blanked me. As the car was immobilised (totally flat battery), I got a new battery installed by the AA at my cost. The AA engineer also noted that the car had the wrong sort of battery (non-Stop/Start type). No follow-up or contact of any sort from Charles/MVM. Last week I noticed some fluid on my driveway and took it to my local Farmers autocentre to find out what it was (don't live near Cairneyhill). They advised that there was an oil leak from the sump but couldn't check it out without draining all the oil out of the engine, so they suggested I take it back to MVM as I'd only just bought the car. I emailed MVM/Charles and called/left messages but, again, completely blanked; Charles clearly doesn't give a toss about after sales service once he's got your cash.

I bought a Nissan Navara from MVM and very happy with my experience with them. Throughout the transaction I have dealt with Eric and Charles and perfectly happy with how everything has gone. I was offered a good trade in value for my previous car, with plenty of opportunities to test drive the Navara by myself and with my family before making the final decision.A few weeks later I had an oil leak with the vehicle and this was dealt with in a professional and fair manner with repairs being arranged locally. MVM have have broad range of vehicles at good prices compared to some of the other used car dealers in Fife.

Bought a used VW Passat from MVM a few weeks back and was very impressed with the service. Eric was friendly, professional and easy to deal with. The car was prepared and presented excellently. Had a couple of small niggles afterwards, which were resolved very quickly. Would definitely use MVM again and would recommend to others.

If you have money to burn then by all means purchase a car. Bought car in Dec 22 have had nothing but trouble with the car. Out of 17 weeks of owning the car 14 weeks of that it was being repaired. Charlie has cheek to offer me £1000 less than I paid for it. He has car and my money. Very clever man he knows how to cheat and get away with it. Having to go through solicitors to get money back .please look at other posts others have has the same experience.

We went to see a Mercedes, had a test drive. Everything was okey. Charlie was very helpful and professional. Sadly someone else paid the deposit before us and we couldn't got the car. But dealer's attitude was great throughout the process. Hope to trade one day. Thanks Charlie.

If I could give 0 I woild. I never write reviews but I do not want some poor sod having same expereince as us. We bought a car from Charles last November, just writing this now as we have tried to pursue getting our money back with no luck. Within days of having the car I did a motorway run and there was strong burning smell. I tried several times to get in touch and no luck. I took car to garage and caliper had gone was in an awful state(they said should have been changed At MOT) and the garage were appauled id been sold a car like this. The garage also found there to be no oil or water in the radiator, they suspected that he either hadn't serviced the car or there was a leak. It turned out no leak so the car had not been serviced, despite Charles saying he had. We then also had to pay for new discs and pads, something which he told us had just been done. During the summer, we went to use the air con and it was broken, took to be recharged and was a leak. We then 6 months after having the car have had ball bearings to pay for. I am appalled that having called and emailed numerous times he continued to ignore us. He is a very dodgy man, even knowing I had a 5 month old baby in a car that he hadn't serviced or had the caliper or break discs done. Do not buy a car from him.
