Newcross Healthcare Solutions
Worst agency to work as health care assistant or support workers. They advertise wrongly about their pay, they don't even pay 3 quarters of what's advertised and don't pay anything for trainings. When staff cancel any shift with genuine reasons, they dismiss them from the employment.

Spend hours doing care and support work training before you start, which is fair enough but don't get paid for it!! More emails come through about other training days, why would I want to spend hours working" and not get paid for it??
