I have had treatments with Cerys she makes you feel very relaxed while massaging the aches & pains away. Very knowledgable about knees and informed me to refer to MSK and to get the knee Xrayed .I would recommend her as a therapist.

Excellent initial consultation. I have calf, tennis elbow and rotator cuff issues. I received an extensive massage on both calves and relieving shockwave therapy on my tennis elbow. Cerys communicates very well and gave me good advice on rehab exercises to perform with video backup via email when I got home. I will be returning soon.

I had an amazing appointment with Cerys after having been to two other people for The same problem. She was very honest with me, informative and helped me to reach out to some other people also that might help me after a fall that I had in June this year. The massage was wonderful.

Very comprehensive assessment of a Hamstring injury with effective sports massage to the area. The follow-up appointment was arranged at the time, and I received the follow-up email with my exercise program. Very professional, and easy to communicate with and I would be happy to recommend her to assess your injuries.

Cerys was amazing. I came in with some shoulder tension that had been bothering me for a while and walked out feeling much better. She talked me through what might be causing the tension and even gave me some exercises to help me at home. Will definitely come back!

Ms Magic Hands. I cannot recommend Cerys more highly. One session and my locked up hips and lower back are mobile once more, no pain, and i feel like a spring chicken. Cerys is professional, knowledgeable, talented and gets to the root cause of the issue with speed and efficiency. If I could give 100 stars, I would.
