Good aesthetics and customer service but absolutely awful cheesecake and milkcake. Cheesecake was so so so sweet that if it had been just a block of sugar I bet it would not have tasted any sweeter. Milk cake was below average as well.

My favourite place for dessert. This place looks posh, and the desserts are lush. It's so beautiful and clean. I love the tasty desserts here. It's yummy, and I have had a delightful and mind-blown experience every time. The price is reasonable. The staff is amiable and quick and good service. Trust me, this place hits the spot, giving you a fulfilling experience. I highly recommend it to anyone who has yet to try this place. I will visit again soon. Thank you.

Popped in here on way home to grab something sweet. Had lovely mini waffles with strawberry’s to take away x

Ordered a strawberry shortbread sundae. Got some vanilla and strawberry ice-cream with some cream and a garnishing of shortbread crumbs. I ate some of it thinking the shortbread would be in the centre or a little further down, but there was no shortbread in my sundae. Lolz.I asked the staff at the counter what this was? Thinking they may have made a mistake, and got told that is the way they make their shortbread sundae. This was definitely NOT one. Also the sundae must have had 1 strawberry in it in total.Manager was rude to staff Infront of me, saying she should not have given a refund but offered an alternative. To which I suggested that they should maybe have the correct description listed on the menu. Maybe it should have been called strawberry and vanilla ice-cream garnished with a pinch of shortbread. Lolz.Service was also all over the place. Coffee came first, then 15mins later the deserts came one after another approx 5mins apart min.Waffle was fluffy, and light. However the Nutella tasted more like milk chocolate instead. The Oreo overload was more of an underload very dry due to lack of milk chocolate/nutella. The crepes were decent. Generally, nice interior,lame service though they tried. Maybe it was the service from the kitchen, but I was given my coffee without a spoon etc. Coffee tasted like Tassimo coffee and the cup was half empty.Needs improvement, doesn't feel like a franchise seems like amateurs trying to imitate Haute Dolci. Not impressed.

It was my first time to go there. The place was surprisingly clean and tidy. Menu has range of items at reasonable price. Toilet, floors, tables and cutlery everything seemed nicely cleaned and looked after. Staff was friendly although wait time isn’t good but it’s understood since it’s a busy place. Overall 5 stars for everything. Attached photos for reference. Recommended.

Super clean looking place which I can appreciate. They had fancy churros in a delicious chocolate sauce that I thought were fantastic. I had a hot great tea to wash it down.If you want some posh sweets in an un-posh area then this is the place.
