I have been visiting BodyCares for around 5 years and could not recommend Natalie highly enough.The pain that I initially started having treatment for has now disappeared after regular sessions and using exercises that Natalie has recommended, but continuing with regular massage really helps me in general.Aside from the benefits of the treatment, I always enjoy my sessions as the environment is really relaxed and friendly.

I have been to Nat for a few years now and she always sorts out my aches or sporting injuries. I would never go anywhere else as as Nat's massages are far better than any other that I've had. She is really knowledgeable, offers stretching advice for you to do at home and has an awesome dog, Doug, who greets you with a smile every time :)Would wholeheartedly recommend for sports massages, sports injury and hot stone massage.
