Do not go!They took my money, cancelled my experience because the cars I choose were not available and now will not refund me.

Car Chase Heroes
I attended car chase heroes at the Tockwith circuit in York a couple of weeks ago and would like to address a few issues. I was going to leave a negative review due to the appauling experience I had however, I thought I'd email you prior to this to see if anything can be done.First of all, the most important point I'd like to raise is the cleanliness of the vehicle. I drove the Lamborghini Gallardo and the car from inside was like its been parked up for a few months due to the amount of dust it had collected inside the vehicle. The car was not looked after at all and the condition of the inside reflected this. Another reason this was a major problem was due to me being allergic to dust too. You'd expect the car to be cleaned well before allowing customers to drive it especially with the current COVID-19 virus.Furthermore, the cars braking system was appauling. The driver himself said to me the brakes you will need to bury your foot down which clearly means the breaks are not exactly as good as they should be. For a Lamborghini the brakes should be much more sensitive in case I would need to do an emergency break. In addition to this, a lot of people were not wearing face masks when driving the vehicles. I noticed some of the staff members asked the customers to wear the masks however majority didn't even prompt the customers to put their face covering on before entering the vehicle.Furthermore, during the high speed passenger ride in the BMW, I noticed that multiple warning signs were on on the dashboard including the engine management light and ABS light. This made me feel very scared as anyone else would when they notice multiple warning lights on. There were a minimum of 3-4 warning lights on the dash. Some of the staff seemed very rude the way they spoke to customers and were just quickly getting people out of the way due to the long queue. This made me feel like I couldn't even speak to the staff member regarding this on the day too.I thought it was just me however my friend who attended this with me and also drove a vehicle and said the same thing. As well as this, he mentioned the staff member forgot to sanitise the steering wheel and sais 'oops should have ideally done this before you sat in the car'.Also, my friend booked the Nissan GTR to drive on the day however he was unable to drive that due to the CV joint being broken/faulty. The vehicle should have been checked prior to customers attending so they are not wasting time letting the staff 'double check the car as its making a noise'. As a gesture of good will they could have allowed him to pick a premium supercar due to the inconvenience however he was told he is unable to do that too. The waiting time was a good few hours until that car was being able to driven after the part had been chamged.AVOID CAR CHASE HEROES
