My first full soundproofing project of a Victorian flat was a success with Lloyd’s guidance and good advice. He is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and has very good communication skills. All deliveries were promptly on time. SRU is a professional soundproofing company with good staff and high quality products. I would highly recommend.

I was buying mass loaded vinyl in SRU insulation shop in person. I was treated very well, Lloyd did calculations for me how much I need, he also did take care to mention and offer related products for the vinyl installation. I could take part of the products straight way with me, he loaded one roll in my car, what I do really appreciate, because it is really heavy product. He has organised a delivery on a day that I have provided and it did work very well.Very good customer service, also very good choice and availability of products.Everything from the beginning to the end were straight forward and easy.I have very good experience with SRU insulation, therefore 5 stars. Excellent service from SRU Insulation. They sent me swatches of fabric for acoustic panels in various colours on request. Ended up going with black in the end... Price was very reasonable and delivery prompt. My studio is now good to go! Highly recommended!

Lloyd was very helpful and supplied me with AC95 Sealant very promptly after another supplier had sent me the same product which was past its sell-by date and unusable. As time was of the essence I can definitely say Lloyd saved the day! Thanks Lloyd.

SRU Insulation supplied a soundproofing system for the ceiling in my ground floor flat. With a baby on the way I was in hurry to get the job done quickly and Lloyd couldn’t have been more helpful, he advised me to use RST genie clips, RW3 rockwool and DBX boards over-boarded with with acoustic plasterboard, Lloyd calculated exactly how much I would needed and had everything in stock so I could collect same day. Best of all the soundproofing is great and we haven’t had any noise complaints from the neighbours despite the screaming newborn!

Wow, what a pleasure dealing with SRU. Spent time listening to my issue and gave very good advice. Purchased a range of products DBx boards, vinyl, spray contact adhesive, acoustic sealant and a few others for a small project to contain noise from my water pump. All products are top quality. Combined the DBx and vinyl boards and added some acoustic foam. Result is awesome. Will definitely deal with them again.
