Co-op Food - Arnold Road

Aside from the prices I normally have a good visit to co-op. But this morning one of your staff members were rude. She was looking me up and down as I was casually doing my shop. Then when I got to the till her attitude was just wrong. Least you can do is have a nice attitude and a smile on your face when you’re ripping people off with the prices you got going on there. Yeah it’s like it most places but Jesus Christ you lot take the piss!

Great little Co-op store with friendly and helpful staff. This place was an absolute godsend when I was having to visit Nottingham City Hospital on a daily basis. The only downfall is trying to park anywhere nearby at busy times

I have just this minute returned home after visiting a coop branch ( 244 Arnold road, Nottingham, NG5 5HB) where having collected my shopping and waiting to be served I witnessed a staff member (a lady who was a supervisor which became obvious when it was my turn to be served) and she was serving 3 young boys who were clearly trying Their best to pay the money but they’d incorrectly added up to total cost and had to put something back! She got very annoyed with them and told them the till was now broke and to go put something back and queue again!When it was my turn a gentleman with glasses served me and had added up my multi-buy baguettes (which should have been 4 for £1 but he put them through at £1.60) I queried this and he tried to do it again but instead added additional cost to the sub total, I again contested it and said the price had again increased not decreased to which he agreed and tried again to rectify but again added cost to the total basket at which point the staff supervisor (who I had witnessed being rude to the 3 boys) assisted with a bad attitude but assisted in voiding 2 of the 3 lots of baguettes of but the 2rd was still the at the price of £1.60) at which point I was so frustrated and asked her to just void all the baguettes off as the sub total was still incorrect! She then rudely told me I was wrong at which point I said just to void the whole transaction! I commented 1 word that this was ‘unbelievable’ and she had again the audacity to snipe back now it’s not unbelievable actually!’ At which point I walked out!I was absolutely fuming by the time I returned home at being spoken down to and treated with such disrespect and as a customer I have rarely experienced such unacceptable

This Co-op store really suffers from a lack of space. The aisles are so narrow it is hard to get down them when other people are browsing. The layout is terrible. I would only recommended going in for essentials. Not a good place to shop. Usually only one staff member on a till so can get busy. Store has no parking other than road outside which can be full. Has cash machine outside.

Went in at 9pmFound what I wanted quickly.Was served within moments, coop card accepted, all good.Thanks to staff working on a Sunday night like me.

The young women staff are very rude!! Literally talking to other people while serving you!!!

Its always closed for some reason or another like today, there is no consistency

It's a good little local co op with an Amazon pick up locker. Staff are friendly enough but it's definitely not wheelchair friendly. Incredibly thin aisles with very little room to manoeuvre. It's in sore need of a rethink in terms of design but if you have mobility issues it's probably not for you.

Always seems to be closed at 6.30 for up to an hour. I understand staff need their breaks but it seems excessive and should have more staff on to counter this.
