I’d give 0 if I could. Their careers are thieves they stole 1000 pound off my nan that’s a 107 years old and did nothing all no one lost jobs or was prosecuted all they they did was tell us to get a safe box for Nan to put her money in. I repeat DO NOT Let this company care for your loved ones

Good Staff cooperative and friendly

Fantastic care given to my mom ...all staff are very gentle and caring . Highly recommend them ...they attended as expected ..very personable and treated my mom with dignity and kindness.

Excellent care company to work for and great colleagues. There's always regular training provided and support given when needed. I have had the privilege of being part of peoples lives and have met people who will be friends for life. I have no regrets leaving my previous employment to be part of the C and S care family.

Brilliant care company to work for, who work their hardest to provide their carers with the hours needed. Brilliant training which enturn provides people with great carers.

The training is excellent, C&S has the best tutor I've ever had. He made me want to study the brain, fascinated!!!

Excellent team and they do a very good job. They are good with people with dementia, physical disability, palliative care and their procedures are robust. Definitely use them.

I would highly recommend C & S Care. My 18 yr old disabled son was going to be staying away from home and needed care in the mornings. C & S gave me what I needed most: peace of mind and trust. They have been so caring, professional, reliable and have never let us down. My son was very happy with the carers who worked with him and knew he could rely on them turning up on time, even if it was very early. I cannot thank you enough.

Not a good company to be using to care for your relatives.We used them for 3 and half years,with no problems, my brother was at end of life. Management gave notice with a excuse my brother is not in there area for them to call on him even though he was aporoxamantly 7 to 10 miles away..,bad management decision on there part.The carers he had for 13 years, they did a wonderful job and worked well with my brother, it was discussing that they could not contuine till the end.The management get 0 points, they were not trueful on there excuse, but they were very sorry, same old story. Lack of empathy on there part, I have been informed that my brother is not the only client they have discarded, it as happened before to others.If you want a family member to be cared for do not use this company.Look around and select carefully.
