Thank you Bird Wilford and Sale for the easiest sale / purchase!We were really impressed by their communication, explanations and efficiency with our recent house sale and purchase. I think its been the easiest sale I have heard of in a while with the only hiccups coming from our buyers solicitors. We only ended up having a week delay which over a 12 week completion with a four house chain is really impressive, and I believe BWS were instrumental in this.Another benefit - even though they have an online process tracking system, they still actually answer the phone!They have made what can easily be a stressful situation a more enjoyable one!Thank you!

We recently instructed BWS to deal with our remortgage and our experience was amazing. We had a solicitor called Roy who quickly responded to our questions and handled the whole thing very quickly and professionally. The only thing that topped Roy’s service was the customer service from his secretary which was superb. Will definitely use them again when we come to move house

Slow response time with no sense of urgency, and unprofessional receptionist who has no understanding of customer service - don't waste your time. Shame that Johnson Astills doesn't have the capacity for Residential but you'd be much better off to go to one in Leicester / Ashby / Coalville, Beeston, Notts and Derby.

Fantastic service, great team and nothing too much trouble including follow up queries following completion making the whole purchase process run very smoothly. I would definitely recommend Bird Wilford and Sale and wont hesitate to use them again in the future.

I've recently bought and sold through this company. Excellent service from Erica, very responsive and I could trust that things were happening without the need to chase. As an estate agent I deal with many solicitors and Erica is one of the best in the local area. The firm as a whole are very responsive and I can always get through to somebody when I need to.

As a family, we would advise others to stay well clear of Bird Wilford and Sale for the closure of estates and probates. In our case of the death of a elder (and long term customer of BW&S for many decades), the process has been extremely protractive with the company not applying for probate even 12 months after death; a catalogue of missed paperwork, deadlines and mishandling of the case work; and now 26 months post death and probate being granted the estate has not been paid out or settled. The entire process has been extremely frustrating, causing financial disharmony with all family members and extremely unprofessional. For a matter of probate which even with more complex cases should be resolved in less than a year, I would not endorse or encourage others to use their services. Although the founders of BW&S may have had good reputation and service, current support is atrocious. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I used Bird Wilford & Sale when me and my husband were purchasing our first home.Roy Rollings was our solicitor processing this. We found them to be incredibly efficient and quick at handling the matter.Every member of staff we spoke to were friendly and well mannered. All the way down to the receptionist and one of their secretaries called Linda.Prices were very reasonable especially for the service provided!Consider this my recommendation to use them!
