James turned up and was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the issues I was having with a damp chimney, after having it looked at by several people with none of them quite being able to diagnose what was causing it he was the first one who knew exactly what it was and what to do about it. For a very fair price he capped off one flue that wasn’t in use and put a cowl on the other so the fireplace could still function, after having damp and wet come through the chimney breast plaster every time it rained it’s now starting to dry out even with the wet weather we’ve had this week. Big thankyou to James and his knowledge and skills that have fixed this ongoing issue.
