We called Nigel on Sat evening and he answered which was a great start. He established we didn't need an emergency call out and said he would try to fit us in on Monday and was clear on pricing which I thought was fair and reasonable.He managed to come out on Monday and sort out not only the leaky main kitchen sink but also kindly noted that the smaller sink would also likely leak so sealed that too for us.Nigel was professional and courteous and I am very happy to use him in future if we need a plumber again.

Installed two radiators for me for a very reasonable price. He did an excellent job and is definitely experienced and knowledgable. He noticed errors made by previous cowboy plumbers and did a good job correcting their mistakes.

I had an urgent issue with my boiler, making odd noises, switching off etc etx and had a new baby due imminently. Nigel came recommended via a friend and he was superb. Came the next morning and sorted it all out. I'm clueless when it comes to these things and a less scrupulous engineer could have taken me for a ride, but Nigel was very pragmatic about different parts of the boiler and felt like he treated my boiler the same way he would treat his own. I would happily call upon his services again.

Request a boiler service and gas safety certificate for a property that I was going to rent. Nigel’s depth of knowledge was excellent and advised me on all the laws and requirements I’d need to for-fill to be able obtain a gas safety certificate, he was quick efficient and a pleasure to have his services.

Came and fitted a new water pump and 2 port valves. He was friendly, on time and very responsive to messages.He did a great job with the minimum of fuss, and was very tidy.Reasonably priced compared to other quotes given.I would highly recommend
