I ordered custom gift boxes for my bridesmaids and they turned out amazing! The quality of the boxes was top notch and the printing was perfect. They made a beautiful and thoughtful gift that my bridesmaids loved. It was a unique and thoughtful gift that they loved. The customer service was also excellent, they were very responsive and helpful.

There appear to be quite a few negative reviews for Globe packaging, which has not been my experience at all. We have been purchasing a variety of mailing packaging for a couple of years from Globe (circa 50 orders), and after emailing my requirements, the order is processed extremely quickly and we generally receive next day. Even items they don't stock, they order in for me which arrive within a few days. Priyan deserves specific credit for his lightening fast response times.

Ordered medium and large boxes, sheet tissue paper and bubble wrap. Things didn't go according to plan but that was all down to the courier they use. It's how a company and their customer service react to that situation that really shows how good they are when things go down the unhappy path".The company and customer service did everything they could to resolve the issue and communication was above and beyond. I was very happy in the end.All the items delivered were really good quality and I would definitely recommend them."

I would avoid using them to be honest. It is more their use of couriers more than anything. We have been waiting over a week for our Next Day Delivery and it just hasn't come. I have spoken to customer service everyday and they keep assuring me it is getting delivered and it hasn't. We have waited until 6pm everyday to receive it and nothing comes. Only a week and a day later they have finally decided to send the replacement. So frustrating and they have now sent it with a different courier which I am confused about in the first place. Frustrating to talk to them and there are better places out there to use.

Amazing Service from this company! Highly recommended!So impressed! I ordered a removal kit and it came the next day, boxes are fantastic quality - especially the double-walled ones, I know all my items will be safely stored in these during moving. :-)Sunny on customer services was friendly and prompt at sorting out my queries and second order. Moving can be/is really stressful so fab service from these guys is a godsend!!!

Globe have improved a great deal over the past couple of years. The service has been fairly faultless with no picking errors that I can think of. Packaging quality can vary a tiny bit but generally is fine. A vast improvement on few years ago when the customer service was...not the best, and we started looking at alternative suppliers. I can only assume someone took the business over?

A little disappointed with this product. Our larger, wardrobe boxes, arrived a little worse for wear, with the outer wrapping having ripped and the boxes were dented and stained.The packing tape provided is useless. It won't stick to the boxes, and even after several applications, some of it is still coming off. So we've had to go and purchase a quality packing tape from Amazon for an additional 12 pounds.On the plus side, delivery was quick and within the 24 hours promised.
