Great service, friendly peopleQuick help after my car broke down

My car, from the WPMS of the Motabiliity system needed it annual service. I arrived 20 minutes prior, with the original Vauxhall Dealers having closed, and this Vauxhall Dealers was further away.On arrival I saw one of the 3staff at the reception desk and handed the key over, then I was told to help myself to the selection of teas and coffee in the waiting area. With being disabled I sat down and started reading a book, during which other members of staff, whilst making themselves a drink, asked me if I'd like one, but had I taken all the offers up I'd be going to the toilet several times.The place seemed quite busy as its the main Dealer in this area. After about 4 hours one of the reception staff came and told me my car was then ready, with a small faulty in the Sat/Nav having the updated version put in. Ongoing to the car, which was directly outside the doors I saw that it had been given a valet and wash.Very impressed with the whole experience, though next time I'll remember to take something to eat.

In the recent poor weather a trip to Aberdeen from Orkney, my van developed a problem in Inverness, fortunately very close to Auto vision. I popped in and was immediately welcomed and reassured ,my van went straight into their workshop and was repaired quickly allowing my onward journey into the Aberdeenshire floods. Many thanks to the staff at Auto vision, you were great..!

Visited and tried to book vehicle in for a service! Absolutely nowhere to park and was told that my vehicle could not be booked until May! 2 months away!

Don't use their online booking system. Wasted 2 weeks after using it only to find nothing had been booked. Have previously used Autovision to work on my car and they were great but most recent experience was not good.
