The Pond Barn
I recommended this pub to friends today so we could meet for a catch-up. Dog and children friendly and decent food. We all only wanted a snack and as the place was nearly empty we asked for 5 bowls of cheesy chips to be told ‘ no we only have a small kitchen !’ There was no apology and nothing to suggest only full meals were being served ! Not only was this embarrassing as I had recommended this place to my friends but the barman was very rude ! We intended to stay the whole afternoon but left !!!

Food was brilliant! My wife has loads of allergies and the chef was kind enough to come and and talk to her and figure out how she could be fed. We all had a great time with delicious food!

Recently had a break in Bracklesham for a week and visited a couple of the local pubs/restaurants. We popped in to the Pond Barn for a drink one day to greeted by lovely and friendly local people. The staff were so friendly and polite also. We decided to come back another day to try the food and we were expecting the usual basic pub food that you sometimes get in some places. To our surprise, the food was exceptional and so delicious. Everything is cooked from scratch and the chef clearly knows his stuff. We enjoyed it so much that we chose to eat there again before we came home as our final meal. Wish you were local to us because we would visit you often. Thankyou

The Pond Barn
Bracklesham’s hidden gem. Tucked away a road back from the beach, Pond Barn is a fantastic place for families to eat and drink. The food is always amazing - large portions, varied menu and excellent value. There’s a decent garden out front and the inside is a quirky mix of rooms. The staff are lovely and dogs are welcome. It’s a regular for us and we recommend Sunday lunch!

My family and I had a great evening here.The elvis tribute was great. My family have also attended quiz nights and they really enjoy them.Lots of space to move around, seating areas for eating. Space to hang out at the bar.Lots of space outside also.Drinks were reasonably priced, would go back again
