Been taking cars to ICA for many years.. Always happy with service received and with work conducted. Seems reasonable value but always feel that the diagnosis and work conducted is genuine. Will continue to take my vehicles to ICA as my preferred garage.

I take great pleasure in asking ICA (ian Collins) to work on my cars and Van he recently undertook the major job of replacing the clutch in my R8 V10 to which he very confidently took in his stride. the car was immaculately clean and handed to me without a single sign that it had been in such a significant state of disassembly. i would highly recommend him to work on anybodies pride and joy. Well done and many thanks for a great job..

Wasn't interested because someone else had done the work to a bad standard and wouldn't rectify the work even though my van had been taken to another garage had used ians three times beforehand well pleased

Contacted ICA on 4 occasions over a 2 week period requesting a price for timing chain job on my 2.0 tsi. Twice I was told I would be called back with a price but never received contact. I gave up chasing and went elsewhere.Didn't fancy doing the job maybe? Busy enough to pick and choose their work? Unprofessional company, avoid.

Fantastic, Ian and the team are so caring and so professional, completed a full major service with front and rear brakes discs and pads. Highly recommend Ian and the team for such professional work and the friendly manner. Will be using regularly moving forward. Thank you so much guys

1st experience of ICA.Had my golf serviced today by Ian and can’t recommend enough.Was booked in for a full service, service came in cheaper than quoted on the booking in phone call.Advice some filters were in good condition and therefore don’t need replacing.He looked into a couple of other little car niggles for me.After have a few years of negative garage visits for servicing I can genuinely say Ian will have my custom again and again.Thanks again 10 out of 10

Ian serviced my car again yesterday, I've been a customer of his for a few years now, I've always found him very courteous and professional, a fair price for the work carried out, car washed after a service which is a nice touch. I have no hesitation in recommending ICA to anyone 5 Star service.

This is the 2nd time I've used ICA to fix my Skoda Yeti. First time was for timing belt and water pump, and second time was for flywheel/clutch replacement.Ian at ICA has been brilliant both times. Even though the Skoda dealer is only a couple of miles away from where I live, I prefer to drive twice the distance, so that ICA can look after my car.Each time I've been, I've been massively impressed with the work that's been carried out, and the prices compare very favourably against main dealer costs. I wouldn't take my pride and joy anywhere else now.
