Selecta Tyre - Kettering Eskdail Street - Team Protyre

Picked up a screw in my tyre Friday afternoon, came in to show the tyre and after inspection they were all in need of replacing. They ordered them and I got an appointment Monday morning, all 4 tyres done within 45 mins. Very helpful & professional guys.

Really simple to book online, when I rang the garage to confirm the best time to drop off the staff were friendly and professional on the phone. In person service was excellent, covid measures were in place and followed well. Would strongly recommend.

I needed some tyres taking off so I could strip the paint off my alloys and they provided a really good price for the area, they even offered to keep the tyres for me and provided advise while they were rebalancing them.I witnessed 2 other transactions while waiting and the manager(?) Showed professionalism and openness to the issues that were provided to him, showing the customer where a tyre puncture happened and that unfortunately the tyre would have to be replaced and another customer that a sensor had disconnected and that he had managed to sort the issue (sensor wasn't even the initial problem)No longer recommend due to being rejected twice

Booked using the online service turned up at the date and time to be told “ no mate don’t know anything about it “ is it possible to let the garage know customers have booked a service via the internet took time off work arranged

Took my wifes car to have tyres done, dealt with Bobby who was very unprofessional, rude with very poor customer service from him where as Ethan was excellent and professional through out.

I jut popped in. My battery had died and managed to get it jumped started. I was in a hurry and even prepared to leave the car with them for 24 hours as I had a train to catch .Battery tested and new one installed in less than 15 minutes.

Avoid Avoid Avoid paid over £200 and booked online for a time that worked for me, Had a call from the manager on the morning of the booking asking if I could arrive earlier as they were very busy. Once I arrived early as requested I was the only customer there this was the first issue, Then after some issues with the manger not able to find my tyres but another member of staff had no issues finding the manager was then seen dragged my brand new tyres on there sides down a metal flight of stairs and again on the garage floor witness by myself. When my job was completed as I also had tracking undertaken at the same time I and to asked where the before and after print out was and the answer was we don’t have one. Now how do I know if this has been done and also done correctly………

Took my car to get the tracking done and was told it would take one hour even though they was no other cars there after going back after the hour was told they couldn't do the tracking but they had done the other wheels but didn't get a print out or proof it had been done. After driving away the car would try and pull to the right so i went back to be told that they couldn't do the drivers side and three of them tried doing it so basically they had striped the thread on the track rod and didn't admit to it. They also used the excuse its because I brought them a old car and due to it having a new track rod on the passenger side they said you should replace both track rods at the same time. Would not recommend this place to anyone as they clearly dont know what they are doing or talking about. PLEASE AVOID!!!!!!

I went here because the quote I got online was really good. They were really polite when I arrived. I expected the on site quote to be higher, but it was more than £400 higher. When I said I couldn't pay that and I'd have to think about it, the guy at the reception just walked away and not another word was said.
