Reception staff so warm and welcoming. Even sat and paid so much attention to my dog after the appointment. Vet was exceptional in the time she spent with me discussing Buddy’s treatment and ways in which we could improve his condition. Was just short of spending 50 minutes with the vet which was unbelievable. Totally informative and so friendly. Buddy was so relaxed throughout a very uncomfortable ear inspection and clean. I am delighted with vets for pets from reception staff right through to absolute thorough appointment. Thank you so much Worthing vets for pets and I genuinely hope that you get to read my review. You are all amazing and thank you so much for looking after our boy Buddy so well.

Simply outstanding service for our Dog. Every visit has been a joy. The service and care is worth more than 5*’s. We took our pet plan and we’re always reminded for appointments and medication. The team have been simply the best!

The reception staff talked to us nicely. The wait was short. The vet was lovely. We didn’t want to hang about too much as the two cats are not use to being taken away from their home and we’re quite anxious. The vet did all her checks thoroughly but quickly and gave them injection’s with ease. We left happy and satisfied. The cats had no issues tor us to discuss so we were absolutely fine with how we were treated. Perfect.

Our dog Reggie absolutely hates it at the vets. Everyone at vets4pets are absolutely amazing and make a very stressful time a lot more bearable. Thank you guys.

May have possibly saved my German Shepherd's life a couple of weeks ago with quick treatment. She was seen even though they where fully booked. Massive thankyou from us and Narla.

Unfortunately one of my male rabbits attacked another male rabbit in the night so I had to get him seen as soon as possible. He was in a pretty bad way. I could not recommend the reception staff and nurse / vet enough. They were very reassuring whilst I was emotional and explained everything throughout. My bunny is still under going treatment but he's getting better. The staff are amazing!

We have been taking our dog to Vets4Pets Worthing since he was 8 weeks old (he is now 2 and a half). The staff are the kindest, loveliest people! Our dog was really ill today and we rushes him to the vets, he was seen within minutes and the team comforted us and checked on him constantly. Every time we have gone there the care and service is impeccable. My wife was a complete wreck today whilst we were waiting and the way the staff comforted us made such a huge difference. A massive thanks to you all!

I called in a panic about my dog, who was in pain with a suspected seed in her ear. Staff were fabulous and got her seen and operated on quickly. The seed was very close to her eardrum and they did a great job of getting it out. I received lots of clear advice re aftercare and everyone we came into contact with was kind and professional.
