Went for the cryotherapy as literally a hail Mary as I suffer with degenerative disc disease and not wanting to take the very addictive pain killers on offer I have literally tried everything to ease the pain and discomfort, I am now after a quite intensive week of treatment (4 out of 5 days) relatively pain free.Now I am quite aware of the placebo effect and neurological pain blocking but I firmly believe that the treatment has significantly helped me.The young lady who does the treatments (Helen) is rather lovely and very chatty putting you instantly at ease.I cannot recommend the service enough and if you are like I was in severe discomfort what have you really got to lose?

I’ve been having CryoFacials with Helen for the past six months and they are wonderful. Helen is professional and knowledgeable about the products she uses and my skin has never been better. Would highly recommend.
