Let me stand at till for 2 mins, whilst members of staff stood around chatting, Staff member then came over (who blatantly ignored me at least twice) to till and advised I must use the touch screen order facility, did so, no receipt, then had to wait 10 mins for a burger and drink within an empty restaurant at 10pm at night. Awful customer service

Food came after a long time, to say the restaurant wasn't busy it took far too long. Once it arrived one of the four meals was wrong from what we ordered so it had to be returned. The new mccrispy was actually a really good addition to the menu, but couldve done with being bigger. The children staff all vaping outside doesn't help the image.

Food was OK but a group of girls were vaping and filming people. None of the staff stopped them. Spoiled the visit tbh.

Got home to find a cheeseburger was missing from my order, after having to wait 20 minutes for my food. Chips had obviously been sat there for hours. Hot chocolate that was just brown hot water. Whoever put the lid on obviously saw it and didn’t care. Consistently stuff wrong at this place

Missed my fries off my order and when I went to ask for them I was accused of lying. Not sure why they'd think I'd lie over some cold fries that I don't even eat many of anyway. Its the fact they come with the meal and I'd paid for them so was having them.

Why is it called 24 hours a day but not at night?…Every single weekend you stop servicing after midnight on weekend, drinks only or you just close the drive through even though there’s staff inside. Slowly righting this place off. Take that 24hour off the app instead of messing about ,30 people past and gone since writing this

I’ve lost count of the amount of times they have missed something from the order in the drive through (they never miss charging for it though). This time it was an apple pie, last time it was a chicken legends burger. Only realise when you get home and then it’s too much hassle to go back.

I am a vegetarian and I always feel un easy asking for food from mcdonalds as most employees are sarcastic and rude towards me, however for the first time at McDonald’s drive through I felt so at ease ordering with this certain lady. Ellie Connell, thank you so very much you were lovely and not judgemental. Everyone needs an Ellie to take their orders as you are a breath of fresh air . Thank you. Courtney :)

Use this McDonald’s more frequently than any other as we live close by, they get the order wrong over 50% of the time and often they have items completely missing or changed for something else. It’s not rocket science to read a screen, cook the food and put said food into a bag. The cheeseburgers often look like they’ve done 12 rounds with prime Tyson. Staff clearly do not care at all about anything but a pay checks foods even wrong when they’re not busy.

We go here regularly, daily, they have the most expensive coffee 20p extra than other mc d.Orders are 9/10 wrong, between a Sausage and bacon, they dont know the difference, staff are young and seems dont care
