I rang them last week to book a boiler MOT which I was given an appointment of Wednesday 20 July between 9am and 11am.I got up specially but 10.45 came and so I rang them back but could only get answering machine stating to leave a message and will be contacted back but no call came and I did try four times up to evening timeI rang them again Thursday morning but again had to leave voice message.I did get s call and was told that they had no idea how come this didn't happen the day before and would have to rebook for Monday morning.Usually they are good at appointments but on this occasion not so good.Expected better service from them.

We had a leak from a pressurised tank & after telephone conversation to try to help, an engineer called & ordered a part which was fitted next day.A very efficient job at a reasonable price.

*UPDATED*DLMS said they would process a refund of the subscription that I overpaid them after they void my contract when I moved address however THEY DID NOT REFUND ANY MONIES DUE BACK TO ME AS THEY HAD INITIALLY AGREED AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTSPaying for a 24hr cover yet when speaking to an engineer on a cold wet saturday evening I was told it was a limited breakdown call out service that I am paying a full subscription for and that my problem of boiler leaking water was not really an emergency
