Absolutely rubbish, a few excellent members of staff! The rest are unable to communicate in English, unable to use equipment, ie slide sheet and hoisting, rushing visits. Poor training given before hand. Don't think it's the carers fault, poor management and greedy owners. AVOID .

Absolutely shocking,take advantage of vulnerable old people!was paying for 30 min,just to sit and keep my dad company as he has dementia.the majority of the staff were leaving within 9 min.and when I ask the manager to to send the 2 ladies he liked and felt comfortable with,she told me it had nothing to do with me,as the contract was with the council!and he will get whoever they send!

Dont expect paying from this bunch of crooks, promised full time hours but was lucky to get 40 hours in a month. No wonder they are always looking for staff, maybe learning how to speak to people would help them

Reported these situation to management she was very kindly said she would make sure things would improve for my uncle but things haven't, 2-3 of carers that set good a example for the company, and then the rest can't communicate they scan the tag and want to rush out they are pure joke and shouldn't be in the role. When the is my uncle paying his money to this sort of care they have no passion for their role, my uncle been in hospital this week yet again because his health got worse dehydration collapsed, maybe due lack of care what he needs and attention to seeing someone we'll and not well.Hopefully we can get him better care

I take my mum to Charlotte House and we have found the people there are friendly and welcoming. The staff plan activities to fit each person’s interests. They have a minibus if you need a lift and a chef cooks lunch. We highly recommend this daycare centre.
