I recently relocated to London and initially faced some challenges with the first apartment I secured. My doubts about the system were dispelled when I stumbled upon a property listed by Daisy Lets & Sales.The team there is exceptionally amiable, kind, and incredibly supportive, with a special mention for Rebecca, who orchestrated the entire process. Her patience, empathy, and overall excellence were truly commendable. Despite bombarding her with countless messages, she remained composed, pleasant, and consistently reassured me that everything would fall into place! :)Nella, the administrative agent responsible for my contract, also exhibited remarkable helpfulness and empathy. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly endorse this agency to new tenants in London!

We let our property through Daisylets. They are the worst agents we have encountered. The tenants kept all kinds of animals in the house and garden (snakes, meerkats, mice and dogs). Daisylets were supposed to visit the property regularly to ensure the house was taken good care of by the tenants. Unfortunately, they only visited once in 6 years. These dodgy tenants have now left and the property was left in a very bad condition. They left their belongings that they did not want in the property: dirty clothes in a wardrobe, dirty buckets on top of the shed, The attic is completely filled with cages of different sizes. Furthermore, the doors of the rooms upstairs were painted black. Some doors downstairs were missing. The carpets were full of animal urine. Just to name a few...It has been absolute hell to get some money (at least the amount of tenants' deposit) to get the house cleaned and throw their rubbish in a skip. In the end we did not even get the whole amount of the deposit.We would never recommend this estate agent to anyone. They may seem friendly and helpful at the beginning but not later on...

I was looking for a flat to rent . Rebecca who works in rent sector in Daisy agency , found a good flat , arranged viewing and showed me the flat just in a day . She was very supportive and helpful . I would recommend her and her team .

My girlfriend and I were looking for a new home to move into together and we stumbled across this stunning two bed property in Dulwich. Justin at Daisy Let’s made us feel very welcome at the property and handled the entire process from viewing to offer to documents being signed and the ultimate move in so smooth and I can’t recommend Daisy Let’s enough! From the very beginning we got an impression of a real estate agent that really cared about finding the RIGHT tenants at the right price and at no point was there a bidding war being forced upon interested parties as is the case with many other agents that we have dealt with. Daisy Let’s really cares about matching the right tenants with the right property and landlord/landlady. I would recommend Daisy Let’s to anybody that is looking for a new place or looking to let their property and actually cares about other things that simply getting the highest rent with disregard for the match between tenant and property. After spending the previous few years dealing with unhelpful letting agents, the team at Daisy Lets is an incredible breath of fresh air. From the moment we walked into their office, they have been attentive, patient, helpful and genuinely lovely! They have answered all our questions and emails promptly, been happy to chat over the phone when needed and done their best to meet our move in requirements. You hear so many horror stories these days about people moving place...I can happily say that we have been some of the lucky ones with everything going smoothly so far, and I genuinely believe that is mostly due to the team at Daisy!Looking forward to completing our move and having the remainder of our tenancy be managed by them.

Not serious about getting houses off the market. I had received an email after enquiring about a viewing. I received a second email cancelling the first date I was meant to attend. Viewing was rescheduled 12 days later with time.On the day I had even called to confirm if the agent was still attending or even remembered. Apparently they couldn’t find my name or email when I gave details, screenshots, names, times & dates.Agent still agreed to proceed to meet for viewing but never turned up, I didn’t get a phone call and the office phone was ringing out when I rang. Complete waste of time and travel. Costs.

Daisy lets have made searching and securing our new flat a very positive experience, even in this terrible renting climate. we’ve had Rebecca helping us and she’s been amazing! So helpful and reliable, and always makes time for us
