Hayden, Ryan & Dan were absolutely brilliant! We had an extremely stressful move, with a number of delays to our exchange date and then unforseen issues on our completion day. CR worked with us the whole time, giving us the reassurance we needed. They were professional, friendly, accommodating and absolutely went the extra mile for us. They waited patiently on our moving day and didn't complain once despite the time and the pouring rain. I wouldn't hesitate to and will be recommending Cotswold Removals and I also wouldn't use anyone else in the future. An Easy 5 stars from me.

Great service from Chris and team at Cotswolds Removals. Great price and Chris was always on hand to answer questions etc. They did a thorough job of setting up our children’s outdoor furniture (trampoline, fort etc) and even helped to fix one of the drawers in our larder. Really good guys and would recommend.

What a wonderful experience we had with Cotswolds Removals. From start to finish they always went the extra mile. From Chris in the office, who always gave us great advice, to Dan (Tetras Dan!!) , Ryan and Jordan who were just amazing and nothing was too much trouble. We were having laminate flooring fitted on our kitchen and needed to move our American fridge freezer out. One quick call to these guys and they arranged to come out and move our fridge freezer into the garage and then come back to bring it back a few days later. Cotswolds Removals (CR) were recommended to us by Avondale Self Storage, another great company. CR moved the entire contents of our home into Self Storage where it stayed for a year until we found a new home. CR then moved us in 2 final stages in early 2022. We have therefore used CR 3 times. Chris Goodall and his staff are outstanding in their professionalism showing courtesy and care no matter what the request. In particular we would like to thank Jamie, Ryan and Hayden for moving us and to thank them for the way they interacted with us, always cheerful and accommodating. Cotswolds Removals really helped reduce the stress of moving and we have no hesitation in recommending them to others. The team here are amazing, through a very emotional 12 months of trying to move they have been brilliant. We have moved the date 7 times due to chains breaking and each time they have accommodated the dates by adapting and finding additional teams an vans. We finally moved on 2nd may and the team were amazing and worked their socks off to get us moved and in the house. Thank you Chris and the team, with out you guys it would have been horrible.
