Rude and unhelpful towards an issue with an iPad. Took an iPad to his shop on the 19th November with a smashed screen, advised of price a was asked to pick up 3 days later. After collecting the iPad there has been issues with the home button. I’ve returned to the shop 4 times for the man to take now responsibility and provide no customer service and to no avail the issue is still not resolved I’m out of pocket with a broken iPad and I have had to seek someone else to fix it. After I had requested for the screen to be removed button fixed and the screen to be refitted the man was irate and defensive. Which has resulted in me leaving with no resolution. I would avoid
