Quick tumble dryers and not too expensive (£2.40 for half an hour)

This is the first and last time I will use this place. Came yesterday to dry a load of towels for my salon, as all the other laundrettes in Eastbourne where packed due to weather. When entering the laundrette there are four dryers. They only take 20p coins in this day and age. I didn’t have many on me. I proceeded and whilst waiting for my drying I stood looking at this place.This place is a utter mess. Most of the machines are out of order and looks like they have been for some years. No money has been reinvested back into this business. It looks like it opened in the 1960’s and hasn’t changed since then. It is so antiquated and dilapidated. How it makes and money beggars belief. No change machine to change money up. The machines that work don’t look very clean. Spin dryer looks tired and rusty. Floor all discoloured. Tongue and groove panelling from the 1970’s. This is the most rundown laundrette I have ever used I am surprised it has never caught fire!In future I will use the laundrettes in Winston Crescent and Seaside. They might be a bit old fashioned but at least they take £1 coins and their machines all work and are clean and tidy.

Handy to have locally if you don't have a washing machine. The place is a little run down but most of the machines are running.

I needed 2 machines today, and fortunately, I was able to use the ONLY TWO machines that were NOT out of order. The spin on the machines was very poor, so drying took longer. I am sorry for the people constantly feeding the tumble dryers. Come on, Oclynge, get a grip!

1 washing machine working. Staff seemed put out I'd dared to go in there.

There was only 1 working machine which was in use - a laundromat without functionality washing machines.....

Unfortunately only 1 large washing machine for £7 and 1 small washing machine for £5 available and the dryers only take 20p for 2.5 mins

2 washing machines working, needs some TLC

Always great, the manageress is helpful and friendly.Such a time-saver in rough weather to dry clothes all in one go.

Sad to say washing machines only a couple working. Dryers all working. Probably needs a refurb if spares is an issue. We only used for dryers.
