Drain Surgeon Plumbing And Heating

I’m sure these guys are very good at drains but not as courteous drivers.Operations manager of the business decided to roll his window down and educate me on how to use the roundabout on Holborn Street this morning with my kids in the back seat after pulling out in front of me whilst looking directly at me!That round about has 2 left turns, one straight ahead and 1 right turn to head back the way I had come. Apparently I should have been indicating right and going back the way I came in his opinion.Shame on you.Learn to drive, learn some courtesy, stop scaring kids!!Shame

Lewis provided a first rate service. He explained the whole process, was very friendly and polite and showed us where the problem lay. The drains were unblocked within an hour and cleaned up. Great service.

Just Spoken to Rob the owner regarding our recently acquired property with a septic tank (never had one before). He gave me great advice and seemed a genuine bloke. I would use his service from his attitude over the phone.

Called for an emergency appointment and nobody turned up. Would have been nicer if they said upfront they were not interested in the job so I would have called someone else instead of waiting.

Scott came out to investigate a blocked drain at our house, he was on time, polite and showed lateral thinking in trying to solve the (bloody awkward) problem. Communications were clear and concise. Very happy with our service.

Contacted out of hours after being let down by another company- 8pm on a Saturday night. We had an engineer in around an hour who was extremely knowledgable and got the heating running in no time. After having our time wasted with big national firms this was a real relief. Highly recommended.

Personally I wouldn't use this company.. They were sent by a very corrupt and dangerous letting agent JG Collie.. I waited all morning and then got a call at before midday - he was having trouble locating me in DYCE ( because there is another Prospect Terrace there ) A month after the Gas Safety..the boiler went off and showed a fault. He did come back to turn it on but even though I had said please turn pressure up to 1.5 ( because he obviously hadnt noticed prevoously it was falling below 1 ) Brian turned it up to 2.2 over the green zone and too high for an Ideal boiler. leaving it very noisy and busy, even though the dials are moderate low.The moral of the story is dont rent from JG Collie becaise they think nothing of sending companies to do bogus GS certs and doctored way out of date electrical or use Drain Surgeon., another in a line of companies who will just do what they are told" Since then I have been left feeling like a huge weight on my chest. And total desgust at how bogus GS certs so easily go out

Thanks so much to John Campbell from Drain Surgeon NE for quickly identifying the part required to fix my boiler, ensuring the delivery was expedited and repairing it this morning. Absolute lifesaver after SSE and Corgi were both useless! Excellent and professional service.

I called drain surgeon to look at my septic tank system and they came out the very same day. The engineer had a look at agreed that jetting was not going to solve the problem as my soakaway was backfilling with clear water. They are going to recommend one of their partners to look into installing a new soakaway. The fact is they did not just suggest to jet and charge me the cost for that in fact they did not charge me for coming out and provided honest advice. Problem not solved yet but thats a different matter.Further to my review above the recommended contractor was DGI contractors Neil who came out to look at my problem. Neil was excellent to deal with and very experienced. He showed up as promised and brought the right equipment JCB etc and worked throughout rain and snow to get the job done. The problem is fully resolved now and at a reasonable price. Would recommend both Neil DGI & Drain Surgeon anytime. Keep up the good work guys

Do not use this company, turned up a day late, had to remove a radiator, plumb in a washing machine and put the radiator back on should have took 1hour done it before with other plumbers in under one hour ,They sub contract Drain surgeon in Aberdeen.A complete rip off do not use them.I will be sending this to everyone I know.
