My kids love it here and it is reasonably priced. If you come on a weekday it's lovely as you can really experience it and actually get a seat and table. However, it can get too busy and very uncomfortable. The food and drinks are overpriced and not nice at all. But my children really do like it here. It looks fairly clear and safe.

We had my daughters 6th birthday party at Crazy Club today. It was perfect. The room was set up for us and immaculately clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. My daughter and all of her friends had a wonderful time. We will definitely re-book for next year and will visit again very soon! Thanks Sophie and your team x

Came 21.08.2021 on a rainy Saturday afternoon. I couldn't think of anywhere else dry to go to keep my toddler entertained.£3.99 for 2 hours play is great value. The table area was very clean, so were the toilets. Both are unisex and disabled also have baby changing facilities. Staff were very helpful and polite. As soon as someone left, the table was quickly cleared and wiped down.Food is reasonably priced and comes quickly.Not many families so we had it mostly to ourselves. Soft play area is very clean and well-kept. Mats are not grubby or sticky. A little dust in unused areas but this is expected.MUST WEAR SOCKS AND TROUSERS OR you get plastic burns going down the slides!

We’ve had our son’s 4th birthday in a Crazy Soft play. That’s good for kids to enjoy and run around . But no one cares about anything there, the customer service isn’t professional. The birthday cake was left next to the till without any supervision.And when I asked to cut it the staff told they don’t do it, so I had to do it my self next to the till!!

Had a great time! Natalie was amazing! I came in with my partner for her birthday, Natalie went above and beyond for us she even got us plasters for my girlfriends blisters from her new shoes. Thank you Natalie you deserve a raise.

We absolutely adore the Arcades & Soft play here! They make us and the kids very happy and content, full of smiles and joy all day! The soft play has a unique baby space which is amazing for the younger ones. The big soft play area is a very good sized making it more comfortable to play. The arcade is packed with so much fun.

We've been taking our daughter to the soft play area the last few weeks and everytime we end bringing some sort of bug home with us. There's gaps between the mats and you can see all sorts of dirt and grime and on our last visit, a used plaster! Some of the soft play area was sticky and the high chairs are always filthy. It needs to be cleaned on a more regular basis and thoroughly.

The staff don’t seem to know what they are doing half the time. I had to explain what a kids lunch box was even though it’s all out on show to choose from? They stand conversing with each other like it’s a scene from “little Britain” the airport burger stand one in particular. I was going to book a children’s birthday party but I’ll pass as I’m sure I’ll regret it.

The bowling area itself felt small, and the seating area could have been more spacious. Toilet codes made using the toilet difficult, and there is no cash machine. I felt the bowling alley had been severely understaffed as queues seemed too long. I'm not sure if I'll go here again in the future.
