Have visited here multiple times. But on this particular visit, we felt it was extremely overcrowded with parties, and lingering parents blocking up a majority of the area children need to access the equipment.The cafe was fairly priced, hot drinks piping hot and cup very thin ( so parents be careful of little ones knocking them over).Staff were friendly and informative, they also did make a few announcements for children to stop running up the slide (we were thankful of this polite reminder, as we found ourselves stuck at the top of the slide for awhile, waiting for children to clear).Parking is very limited, so the earlier you get there, the better to secure a space.The entry price was fair for the amount of playtime given.

One of the best activity centres for children and parents who want to keep children occupied and active. It's a great venue for party hire too.Toilets, cafe and a vast seating area. Very limited parking however, but scoot down to the overflow or after hours park on the single yellow lines.

A great softplay with different areas for lots of ages. my boys love it and have to be virtually dragged away. Good food whenever we have eaten there too.Always seems well maintained without the usual dust collection visible through the safety nets.

My daughter loves this place.. she screams with excitement when I park infront of it. I have been to many soft plays and this one is by far the best. The staff are the nicest people, so friendly and make you feel like part of a family. The manager (with the lovely long lashes) is amazing she deserves an award. The kitchen staff are amazing, all the members of the team at the front desk are incredible. I wish I knew their names. They all deserve an award!! They make you want to come back, we have a membership here! Even planning my daughters birthday here.The soft play is large and spread out for all ages , there is a section for the under ones.Staff work hard to maintain hygiene.There are regular safety announcements which is important and very much needed as it shows they care.Weekends, seasonal holidays/events and bad weather becomes overcrowded parking then is difficult. As a parent/guardian you need to be extra vigilant on those days.Food and hot drinks lovely and reasonably priced.

Not enjoyable at all. Parking is an absolute nightmare. And having 2 children of different ages made things extremely awkward and at 1 point was asked my a member of staff to remove my child from a zone as they weren't the right age which meant my other child either had to be left alone or leave the area to. So we left after half an hour and went to middle farm instead, which was much nicer and roughly the same price.

First time brilliant place the facilities are great for all ages. Cafe on site prices excellent kids entertained made friends highly recommend

Great place for kids to burn off energy. There is a section for 1 and under. An area for toddlers. Also an area for 4 and over. Younger kids are allowed on there as long as accompanied by an adult. They have a cafe too. Not bad food

Kids love this place , they always want to come back for more , clean but very noisy.Shame the menu isn’t very healthy , unhelpful if you have allergies needs updating.Lack of veggie options come guys we are in Lewes !!Parking is an absolute nightmare get here early !!Quiet area for adults would be great .
