I bought a VW Polo from Said Motors, the team were super helpful when later I had a minor problem, they went out of their way to help me sort it quickly. I’m happy to give them a strong recommendation.

Bought a Automatic Citroen Nemo and it had a few minor issues (passenger window button stopped working) but the garage has booked the van in to be checked over and overall I've had a very pleasant experience. I would personally recommend this garage and I'm very happy with the new van to date and look forward to having the van looked over on the 14th by the garage.

They are full on crooked car dealers, cars that are unsafe and unchecked, they lie about the condition of the cars, and they will keep deposits if you decide not to take the car! They do not service the cars, they lie, and they rip you off!Check Trust Pilot for the past and most recent reviews! We got ripped off! Our car had a leak in the suspension and steering, and they wouldn't fix it without trying to charge £180.00 yet it was within the 30 days purchasing rights for motors! They do not care!!! It was a Citroen estate I paid £2900 they wanted £3000 but we noticed the sunroof was broken, which should've started to cause concern but we we're told it's was fixable.....We found out later it wasn't!We are reporting them to trading standards. The warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. They charge to fix things that were clearly broken but not advised to us when it purchased!!! Do your research and take my advice, steer very clear!Once they have your money, they will not abide by the legal requirements of motor consumer rights or warranties and they will try and take 'more' money to fix it which we didn't fall for as I'm sure it would lead to more faults and payouts at your expense.They are greedy, dangerous liars they don't like women either!An update on the car wreck we was tricked into buying failed its MOT last month (September 2023) and had to be scrapped because it was beyond repair!! I paid £2900 and ended up getting £300 for scrap! So be warned ⚠️

Got a RAV4 from here a few weeks ago, cars broke after 45 miles with engine failure.When checked in service the engine was nicely washed on the outside but inside engine, suspension all filters were in terrible condition.Highly recommend checking their cars on a service before buying

Excellent service. The team went the extra mile to help us pick the car we wanted - and didn't try to upsell us. Very good after-sale care too. I will happily go back when we next need a car.

I waited a while to write this review. It’s a month I picked my car from them. Trustworthy and has been available to me at any time. As a new driver, I wasn’t too sure of how to use somethings in the car, Momo educated me in all my queries. On a day I was stuck with my car, I called him and he was at my location in 20 mins and sorted everything for me. Honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. Momo you are simply the best!

Hi I recently purchased my used car there 2006 year nissan notte the sales man there was super nice to me and he let me drive on the road checking all that functions and features on that cari was very pleased to buy a car there and its been only a couple of days and car itself runs perfectly fine ! i strongly recommend you and he even bought me a lunch for chicken burger while i was searching for the insurance and payment of it !

Update:Over a year on and the van is still running well. We have had to do some work but that's expected (it is an 07 plate). Still happy with our purchase.==================================Bought a van a week ago (May 22). I was nervous about buying from somewhere I didn't know. We're happy with our purchase. No problems or issues.We called the day before and again that morning to confirm the vehicle was still there. We had no issues with pricing as suggested in other reviews.We were able to take the vehicle quickly and they trusted us to go back with the back seats from the van we were part exchanging.Our experience was good.

Very good service, showed us a variety of good cars within my price range. They were patient and let us decide which car we wanted in our own time since we were indecisive. Ended up driving away very happy, with a nice Fiat Punto. will definitely come back if I need a new one and would recommend if you’re in need of a nice running, cheap running car!
