Stayed here and already had sofas frok beginning that were broken and stuff but still got the bill with my flatmates to pay for it -_-

I am slightly uncertain why it says I've been here unless it counts the 10 minutes I was waiting in my car waiting at the junction to drive towards the roundabout

Very fine accommodation

This is the most affordable en suite accommodation in Aberdeen. The rooms are spacious enough. The ensuite bathroom isn't big but isn't terribly small. The mattress isn't the worst and there is space underneath the bed for luggage. The wardrobe is okay if you are not a shopaholic. The only problem is that you will most likely have to share the kitchen with 7 people. There are two fridges and two stoves and hobs. They aren't very modern and the kitchen is pretty small. In my flat the common room and the kitchen weren't the same. The common room was very outdated, borderline depressing. Location wise is perfectly located between the city and the university (even medical school). All in all is a good choice and your experience depends on your flatmates since the common rooms don't have a lot of space. I'd like to thank Kayle as she is the best receptionist anyone could ask for. She is a great person, always there for enquires and very very helpful.

disgusting management.Placed me as a young girl in a flat with 6 men all over 30, refused to move me or let me give up my tenancy so am now paying for this tenancy but cannot live there as it was unsafe. Also unclean and none of the facilities work was left without hot water and heating for 4 weeks.
