Laser Clinics UK - Bromley

Having never done laser before I was quite nervous, mainly about having to be exposed in intimate areas with a complete stranger. I have been going for 6 months now and the results are excellent. My technician, Ana is an absolute superstar - patient and friendly, makes sure nothing is missed, goes back if she isn't happy. Makes you feel at ease and is concerned for your pre and post care also, not just while you're on the bed with her. Highly recommend Ana and this salon.

Very very good trained staff. Yes very new management but the lady Davey Natalia Anna and Ruby have all been brilliant they are very professional and very careful. The team before were very miserable and not willing to help at all… this is a very important session, costly and sensitive but these girls have really changed the atmosphere in this clinic. Answering phone calls so professionally and very clear on the phone. I believe when you have a goodleader then your team follows through. I have seen a higher staff turnover in the past but this time staff are happy you can see this and this is really all to the managers training and quality. Well Done guys!! You deserve a big well done!!!

Very bad experience with them , I was doing my face with laser removal over the past two years.Every session someone different and some of them inexperienced .All hair back as thick as before.

Where do I start, the clinic has very good staff and is very professional, but the special shout-out goes to Davie as she is the reason why I decided to go with Laser Clinics UK instead of the rest of the clinics in the area. It's now been a long while since I have started my first treatments in this clinic ( since December 2019), and I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. Davie, Ana, Leah and the rest of the team are having busy schedules but always keep their level of professionalism up. Thank you for your thoughtful attitude to your clients.

Extremely disappointing and I really hope anyone considering this place to avoid them and read the genuine negative reviews. I booked a whole course of full body laser treatment to my daughter and paid £1500. We saw very little change in the beginning then after the sessions ended (nearly15 sessions), the hair came back as thick and heavy. My daughter ran into one of the ladies working there who was surprised to see how ineffective the course turned out. She advised my daughter to visit the clinic for a review and assured her that they should be able to help. So, my daughter went for the review just to find someone from the reception telling her it's not their problem and it's my daughter's problem because of her ethnic background and genetics. Having said that, at the first consultation before starting the treatment, they advised us that laser will be super effective with my daughter given her white skin and dark, thick hair. This place should be shut down and the money drain of the customers should stop.
