Giving it 1 star is over rated.barely took any of the items I took in all though it says it takes them on the site.wouldnt accept toys baby clothes and bed linen which states on the website it does take them.i went there today and he has a sign saying there not accepting and soft toys all the bed linen he threw on the floor and said don't accept and baby clothes.didnt accept any socks.

Well, every excuse was offered for why no cash was available! If you are looking for money from clothes be warned they will try not to be pay, but if you just need to get rid of a lot clothes and charity shop aren't taking, then this is the place.

We used cash 4 clothes today there was plenty of parking the staff were friendly and helpful . We received a fair price for the goods we handed over. would recommend them to everyone wanting a quick easy transaction for unwanted items of clothing shoes etc

Brilliant experience and a very fair service. We called in today with around 50kgs of items. We were greeted by a very smart and happy gentleman who sorted the clothing out while we waited and explained fully why certain things were not suitable. All our questions answered in full and a very informative chat was had by all. It gave my daughter chance to see what happens to unwanted clothing. Thank you.

The man that works here was so rude and put out by me just turning up that I actually felt unsafe & I left feeling very uncomfortable. He took one look at the bag containing towels and bedding & barked, we don't take that" despite the website stating otherwise. I'd sooner throw my items in landfill than visit here again."

Clean and re-useable is what we were told. we took 50 bags of clothes from a jumble sale. A bit of a mix but the vast majority were 'reuseable'., I had helped bag them up. They judged them as not good enough to resell so gave us nothing. What sort of quality do they want?

Very odd experience, man was clearly angry on my arrival and aggressively sorted through my bag before offering £2.50 as he only accepts “A Grade clothing”. That is fair enough but I would rather give it to charity for free so I took everything back with me! Not worth the petrol and time. Such a shame
