Once you go here and see the produce you'll never go anywhere else! Fantastic selection with proper butchers who will help and advise with any quotations. The meat from here is amazing quality and tastes beautiful.

I brought some meat from the freezer in a bag only to take it home, defrost it and reveal a bag of bones and fat. I brought some other meat and fish at the time that was fine but the lady that served me did not give me a receipt. I went back today, only to be told that there’s nothing they can do without a receipt. I was willing to show my bank statement. I shop here all the time and in the cost of living crisis I would’ve hoped to be treated better and offered a replacement. They can see the meat is there’s from the bag and my bank statement. They could’ve weighed the meat and known I didn’t take anything out, I was literally sold frozen fat and bones.

Great food and excellent service. Meat costs are a bit higher than supermarket but not by a lot. It's well worth the small extra cost to have the quality. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended

If I could give more stars I would. Visited today and was not disappointed. Selection and quality of meat spot on, staff helpful and very knowledgeable. Oh and the bacon butty we had from the hot food stall was perfect.

I visited the farm shop this morning.I must say they have everything, and all nice and fresh.The service by Nigel was exceptional but all other staff were really nice, and smiley too.I’ve got everything I wanted and more.I’ll be a regular customer for sure.

Short drive from Chelmsford with a good selection of quality meat. Closes early on Saturday, and the wholesale section is only open weekdays

Come to visit from London price are soo high, on google maps pictures of brisket kilos and when I get there is very different price are very high then expected, farm price should be cheap compared to city price. Price of steak and chops spice on shelf is different at till, chutney is expired. To be honest won’t visit this place again thanks. I was referred by a friend and wanted to try.
