Phoenix Fires

Where do I start, Simon at Phoenix Fires, spent plenty of time with us, friendly and helpful. When we ordered our Fire Surround and Fire, the process was very smooth. The delivery process was excellent. The sub contractor suggested by them, Graham, who fitted it was local to us and did a superb job, nothing was too much trouble. The overall experience was first class, highly recommended. Picture attached, note we still need to decorate!!

From start to finish Nicola was amazing, my husband and myself knew nothing about wood burning stoves and Nicola covered every single detail, she definitely knows her stuff . We were that impressed by her we ordered our 1st wood burning stove there and then, Karol and his team came and fitted it at the date agreed and omg that man never stops , he has done a fabulous job and what a nice guy . He talked me through what he was going to do and cracked on with it . My husband and myself are over the moon with the end result, what a difference it has made to our living room. I would highly recommend Nicola and Karol to anyone, .5 * treatment from both ..

This is our second fireplace from here bought a new one as it was time for a change they are very well made and the price is very good. The fitter is very professional he never left any mess behind.

Can't fault this company. From start to finish the service was 100%. They were friendly, reliable, and efficient. I went to a couple of other suppliers before Phoenix, and none compared in my opinion.

We visited many showrooms when trying to decide which type of stove / fire we wanted. I cannot praise Phoenix enough for their patience and invaluable advice.After taking their advice we placed an order for a Gas Stove & agreed an installation date.The stove was delivered by two very pleasant, helpful guys on the agreed date followed by the engineer, Mark, soon afterwards.Old fire removed and the new stove installed in a few hours without any drama.I have no hesitation in recommending Phoenix to anyone.
