Go Carz - Telford

This company has so many things to improve that I would have to write an entire page. Huge delays (even booking like 50 min before), drivers getting lost, some are rude (charging twice), cleaning questions, misunderstood etc. This week my son (with my mum’s company) arrived school late again for 2 days in sequence (they always ask for a car like 7:45am)…Im so disappointed that I can’t count on your service and probably I will have to leave my job to come back dropping my son at school.

Be careful, if you book taxi from their app, they are taking your money and not booking the journey! The worst app and service i've ever seen. Drivers are often disrespectful and late to pick you up as they call u saying they arrived when they are not even close to the location. So unprofessional.

Very poor. Driver could not find the address but was in the wrong place. He then just cancelled the pickup. Would not use again.

Booked a taxi weeks in advance for a wedding I was attending, never told me that the car wouldn't be sent until payment had been made using a payment link sent via text, I found this out off another guest using the firm. I called to get the link as I hadn't received it when booking, went to pay when they sent it and it wouldn't work, called back and they sent another link, still wouldn't work. I called several times and all they could suggest was sending new links which wouldn't work. We tried these payment links on several different people's phones and bank accounts. Ended up having to call someone else as I was stuck in the middle of nowhere with 3 kids and they wouldn't send a car until it was paid, which I couldn't do, not for a lack of trying.

Each driver is just so unique & friendly & chat & most professional & I would not use another taxi service, I cannot rate Go Cars enough. I have their app which is so easy to use & I pay by Apple Pay but before that would pay cash to driver. Just so simple.

Very good service. We had an important event to go too. The driver was spot on our order time.Then when we returned two days later we ordered a taxi, it arrived in 5 minutes. Spot on. Very reliable service.

Absolutely awful recently. Driver couldn't find my wife even though I explained very clearly. Tried to call me a liar and that she wasn't there. He hung up the call and then I get a notification that it's a no show. Waiting in the pouring rain for half an hour. Then had to wait again for another one. SHowever staff in office and on phones pleasant enough. Also I've been charged twice. For the original cancelled booking and then had to pay cash for the one that actually turned up!!!

Rude drivers. When asked to turn down the music they get defensive and retort its my car. Well guess what, the customer is paying for it and some like to travel in peace. Also some drivers play religous sermons in their cars. They should keep that private as not all people ate brainwashed by dogmatic religions.
