Extremely unacceptable customer service. I called the day before to get an item on hold when they then said they can’t find it in the store. Then they made it my fault and made me look for it. After I found something they told me I can’t exchange. Then they stated making jokes in Spanish to eachother about my situation. Then they said as a resolution they’d give me a free bag. It’s disgusting customer service don’t come here to shop save ur time and patience.

Rude staff 1 one of the man working there kept coming in the changing room I was changing at asking if there was anyone there and fully peeked in luckily I had clothes on and the same man kept rushing people in the changing rooms then when I went to pay it was really stressful especially with the new self checkout I had no clue how to use it and there wasn't any assistance near by it was really chaotic and when the lady came to help she was really rude and shouted at me then the card machine reader wasn't working . I liked the clothes they're really in style but the staff is not it they're disrespectful

My 16 year old daughter visited your store today with her boyfriend and wanted to try on something. The assistant was very rude. She was very upset. This happened a little while ago when I was with her. The lady at the changing room was very rude in telling me I could not go in with her. She has additional needs, although it might not be obvious and needs support in the changing room. It’s about time you taught your shop assistants some manners and realised that some people need support. We will not be returning

The staff in this store could really do with some training on how to be polite and friendly towards customers. Especially the lady with her nose pierced who was in the changing room area, she was so rude to me and my daughter. The rest of the staff aren’t much better, all look so miserable. Can’t say I’ll be rushing back to this store.

Really bad queueing system, one worker on tills with a queue of 20! To wait 10 minutes to pay for something is really bad. Staff look tired ..

Wanted to purchase three t-shirts today. Was told as I was paying by card I had to use the self service tills. First of all the first SST wasn't working. Then I scanned my first item on the SST that was working, however the tag wouldn't release on the item. So I hit the help button on the till. The person that told me to do the self service looked me dead in the eye then went off to do something else. Thinking a member of staff would come to my aid I wanted another couple of minutes. When no help came I left my items at the till". Three items totalling over £50 you'd think I'd be checked out promptly. This is the worst experience I have had in a shop in Bristol."

A busy Saturday and only one girl serving, who then told me I was unable to use cash at her till. She had to call someone else, who I assume was the manager or supervisor, from the changing room to take my payment. This was already a humiliating enough experience, but then to have the manager behave as though I had somehow done wrong by wanting to use cash for the transaction was even worse - from rolling her eyes, to slamming the till shut and then practically throwing my bag at me… reading some of the other reviews for this store, it would seem others have had similar experiences. Love Bershka but the Cabot Circus store have the most unfriendly staff with zero customer service skills.

Went in there today. One worker, whose name i did not manage to get was so rude and disrespectful after I asked for a size of skirt. I asked for a small and a medium due to them being out the back and not at the front of the store. She then insinuated that I would need a large and mimicked with her hands my “width.”I understand recommendations for customers. However, that was out right disrespectful. I never asked for a recommendation neither did I want to be insulted after asking for a size, especially whilst being questioned about my “width” as the lady put. Where’s an email where I can form an actual complaint.The date was Friday 16/12/2022, between the hours of 3-6. She was wearing a red button down shirt and had brown hair, unfortunately I couldnt get her name.I don’t even recommend one star.

Nice shop. Changing room could be better. Has self service and normal tills. Good range of stock
