Had my first ever wax and got a Hollywood done and it went by so quick, the lady was amazing. Definitely going to be my waxing place in future

A nice place. Have been several times for my nails. Treatments have been a hit and miss and I have had to go back for redoing. I have found creating a rapport with the staff when one is new a bit difficult. It takes a while to get attached to a regular therapist. Misha is sweet and gave me a nice facial. I will be trying elsewhere but am sure known more regular clientele are happy.

Kelly is always spot on with my brows. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! She does a great job!

Got the job done but wouldn’t recommend or return.Acrylic was filed off (rather than soaked as described when the booking was made) which has now left paper thin, damaged nails - the nail was filed so thin at the nail bed on one nail that it has split.

Misha has been absolutely amazing. I had manicure,pedicure and full body waxing done from her. Lovely girl so cheerful. Place was clean and ambience was relaxing ... highly recommened.. uplift and help local business

Medium colour eye brows, they forgot about me whilst having pedicure.Now have black brows.16.00 lol

I have been using this salon for so many years for many different treatments and have always been happy but today was a massive let down. The girl who was on reception was on her mobile phone (ear pods in ) deep in conversation so she just waved at me to sit in the brow threading seat. She came over still deep in conversation didn't ask what I want as she was too busy with her phone call. Did the threading in marathon time. I told her I wanted them threading and tinting she just nodded and give a little smile. Still deep in conversation the whole time she was threading. Didnt ask what colour tint so I had to ask for mid brown. Still in deep conversation. LeftTo sit back on her seat and Still deep in conversation.She came to wipe the tint off all the while in deep conversation.Paid my bill. Still in deep conversation. Extremely poor customer services and so very disappointing

DO NOT ever go to the lady downstairs. She was on call the entire time and has practically removed half my eye brow. Awful service.

Love getting my gel nails done by Tina, she always does an amazing job with a smile! They last for ages, and look really natural - just the way I like them. I won't go anywhere else!The salon also does a great job with my eyebrow threading. 5* all round!

Had my eyebrows tinted and threaded downstairs.. asked for brown got black and my eyebrows are completely different shapes. Facial in the main shop was good though.
