Worst customer service ever received, disappointed as love the stock. Gents if you thinking about buying earrings to your Mrs dont as even if its unworn, even if it's faulty they would not exchange, refound it.Bought a silver hoop earrings. When i got home i noticed that the lock is very loose and it would just fall out, looked faulty.The earrings never been worn for a minute, Tried to return with the receipts. The manager lady sad, she does not think its faulty so cant do anything. She showed me the one one display but refused to give me the one on display to have a look. She just kept saying its all like that.(if they are i dont think they should be sold)Other 2 staff was just staring at me and did not even sad good when i left with my little daughter. I came from Windermere to return the earrings and i left with a form i can fill up to the head office. No refund, no exchange, could not even have a look of the others were really like that. Felt looked down on by staff and bad experience overall.

A lovely young woman called Ruby made our shopping for wedding rings really pleasant and easy.She helped as much as she could and gave us all sorts of explanations and advice . Her bright smile definitely was a plus.Well done to her! Thanks a lot.

Some awesome jewellery and not expensive well worth a visit

ridiculous my back of my earring got stuck in my actual ear lobe and had to get it medically removed in a hospital. shocking

Went in browsing at wedding rings, ended up leaving with 2 beautiful rings for me and my partner. Helen is a credit to the store, really informative and will go above and beyond to help. Thank you again!! :)

bought a wedding ring for husband to be.. unfortunately it wasn't fit for purpose so had to return to the Lancaster store where purchased.no refunds given so i was given a large credit note which was to be used within 6 months.. unfortunately nothing to purchase of this price there and then so i left with the credit note.the world then was hit with full lockdown only now I've realised my voucher expired during lockdown and there is nothing they can do because the 1 month extension was on the website has now also expired.i understand my bad luck and i have missed the expiry but who would look online warren james to even notice the 1 month extension - if the voucher that can ONLY be used in store??? stupid and very disappointed.I've pretty much paid for warren james to take their brand new wedding ring back to sell to someone else full price.shocking

Said I couldn't have a replcement on faulty ring that was less than six months old. You have to independently prove I damaged it. It should be durable and the ring isn't. It's not even expensive, just replace it or I'll be going to the small claims court.Edit: second ring I got also broke. They're a joke!
