Pacific Balloons

Ordered 2 balloons for my husbands 60th for News years Eve. My daughter found Pacific Balloons. I had one football and one see-through with mini balloons all in West Ham colours, looked great and still going strong. Now just ordered for my neices 21st

Don’t even want to give this 1 star to be honest, my dad came in to enquire about table balloons for his 50th birthday Saturday and the girl behind the desk couldn’t have been less helpful if she tried especially when saying ‘are you ordering or asking for prices’ well sorry but pretty sure it’s your job to let the customers know a little bit about the balloons and the pricing before ordering anything! Rudest assistant I’ve ever met ended up walking out and going to the balloon/card shop down the road, she was lovely in there I suggest if you want actual help not just people after your money go to the other shop not Pacific.

Will never go back again. Very bad customer service and just blatantly rude. Didn't tie helium balloons properly and so £15 worth of balloons flew to the sky. Had to blow up another £15 worth and was charged although spent £90 in the store already. Once I got home almost all balloons had burst, so waste of money. DO NOT RECOMMEND. My friends visited a few years previously and had a similar experience, really regret using them.

Pacific Balloons made our wedding celebration so special with such beautiful balloons - couldn’t have wished for better. My husband had arranged everything with Pacific Balloons so the first time I saw them was when I walked into the venue after we were wed and I was totally blown away by the colours, balloon arrangements and professional work done - will always be grateful to you all - such a friendly shop with 5* service ❤️

Your advice was right and I'm so glad that I listened to it and let you decide what would look best.The decor looked stunning and, considering the current situation, you made the day so very special. Pat and her staff are truly fantastic with their service and the quality of the balloons that she created to send to my Auntie as a surprise birthday. I won't hesitate in using them again as they know what they are doing in terms of excellent design and value for money.It pays to shop local !!

Dreadful customer service. Myself and my family always come here for our balloons on occasions but never again. An error was made with what was supposed to be written on the balloon and instead of being friendly and helpful and trying to rectify it Pat went on to blame me for the error and that i needed to buy another balloon after already spending £25 on one that wasn't correct. I didn't blame anyone for the mistake just asked for it to be changed to what i wanted, she is very argumentative. The balloon actually went down by the time i had got home where she had tried to scrape away the glitter and it ended up coming away from the ribbon and blew away in the end anyway. Would never spend my money here again.
