Brilliant service by Michael and Luke , on time, very efficient and lovely lads, would recommend their services to everyone, couldn’t fault them at all, answered all my stupid questions about the garden perfectly, my garden looks fantastic now

Didn't bother to turn up for appointment

Have used them a number of times,and have been pleased with there work. But this time it went pair shaped the day they were supposed to turn up went to wrong address had to phone to find out what was happening it was late so rescheduled it for the following day. Time was getting on phoned them left a message did not get back to me, but eventually they turned up just after 4pm did good job cutting the grass but did not remove my willow tree leaves and tidy path up as left in my email to them, so the front lawn looks patchy because of leaves, also it was getting late there finishing time is apparently 5pm so probably in a hurry to finish, two days it took bit of a cockup.

Michael and the team were very accommodating and managed to fit us in by the required date. They arrived on time and worked hard cutting, trimming, mowing, clearing, sweeping etc. They also removed a diseased small tree and gave advice for replanting. We were very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Viking Garden Services.

Michael and the team are nothing other than excellent. He transformed our overgrown unloved garden to our perfect garden in just under a week. I hired this company to do a garden tidy and re-lay and set in concrete the garden path. They ignored my instructions of which plants not to cut. The things they destroyed will never regrow. They caused a bunch of damage to other items in the garden. They lied and said they had set the path in concrete. They did not. These people are expensive idiots with strimmers. Avoid like the plague. Unless you want to spend a lot of money to kill all your favorite plants that is.
