Molloy Gardner

Gardner Molloy is one of the few stone sculptor in Scotland. I have known his for over 30 years and have seen his skills with the chisel, with stone and with his art grow steadily.Not only is he a brilliant stone sculptor, with an imagination that reminds me of Alastair Gray, the author, but he's an extremely interesting person with many interesting ideas. And he's well balanced in all he does.Gardner does stone sculptures for local communities, public buildings and individuals. In each item he puts all his care and attention and each one is a work of art. It would be worth visiting all the places he's done work at as each one has character, grace and humour.
