I found my most recent job through response personnel, and honestly they’ve been absolutely amazing throughout my journey of employment- they consistently checked in with me to see how I was getting along and how I was feeling which is very different from any other agencies I’ve been with; honestly, cannot recommend them enough!!!

I have just heard a story that this agency was rated 1 star by someone who didn't get paid. That is really bad, however, I also found out that this person didn't turn up for work...on that note I would firstly like to say that I've been working for a company that this agency got me into for about 5 weeks now, I turn up every day and I've been paid just fine. I have rated response personal Ltd 5 stars and infact I would give them 10 if I could, particularly an employee there named Callum, he is an absolute LEGEND. I was looking for a new job for around 2 weeks, that's all, Callum got me interviews with places I didn't even know I wanted until I went there, he knew me better than I actually knew myself it would seem, he even got me an interview with a place that wasn't on his radar but that I requested, in my opinion he went above and beyond to help me out and I will be forever grateful. There is only so much they can do though, once they get you in it's up to you so it's not fair to blame them if it goes wrong once they have done their bit, especially if you don't turn up for work. I have had many conversations with Callum, he has called me to find out how I've been getting on. Although it is a business, it seems to me that there is a bit more to it than just that. I have a lot of respect for Callum and the work they do there as I have no doubt that I wouldn't be where I am now without them. If your looking for work then call these guys and if you want someone professional, friendly and a pleasure to speak to on your side then ask for Callum. (No i am not being paid to say this and I am not a plant) I genuinely 10000% mean what I say. I never write reviews but wanted to on this occasion as I think they have honestly helped put me on the right path and helped me get a job that I've always wanted. No more dread about going to work come Sunday evening, I actually look forward to it.
