I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. But I need not have worried. Everything was above and way beyond my wildest expectations! The service was great and the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was great and well equipped with iron and Ironing board, two fans, and even a water bottle. The bed was extremely comfortable The bathroom was also well provisioned with bath and shower soap it was extremely clean. Breakfast was the icing on the cake. Will I revisit? Most definitely!There is an excellent Taxi company too. Rudgwick Cars.

Lovely pub with guest rooms. Really good room, cosy and had everything you need. Breakfast was perfect. Dinner served in the pub each night - really great food, lots of options and specials! Friendly atmosphere. Felt really welcomed. Loved my stay.

Friendly country pub with a large garden and accommodation. The Mucky Duck Inn is surrounded by beautiful countryside, which is great for walking and cycling. Our room was comfortable, clean, and tastfully decorated. We had a good breakfast, followed by a long walk. The pub dogs are also friendly

Great meal whilst staying away for work. Beer garden full of evening sunshine and a jolly, friendly landlord.Beer on tap was good so I heard, and even though the service wasnt super quick, it was very nice. I had the home-made burger and it was juicy and well seasoned with excellent, crunchy and soft fries.They have a pub dog; a friendly, welcoming hound that begs if it gets too excited but gets bored quickly if you ignore it.

Great nights sleep and wonderful breakfast.As a cabby I had a job up to Heathrow one afternoon and evening. Followed by a return the next day from Gatwick. The Mucky Duck was perfectly placed between the 2 airports for me.Nice and quiet. With a friendly welcoming greeting from the Landlord.The accommodation was very nice great shower. All towels and toiletries provided.Hair dryer, kettle with teas and coffees plus some biscuits also a bottle of water.Highly recommend and will use again if I get a similar trip.Breakfast was fantastic. Juice, cereals, tea/coffee. Full English with continental option.Plus 2 rounds of toast.

Nice rural location. Super quiet for relaxing. Room was compact but not too small. Bathroom was very good with powerful shower and lots of space. Breakfast was very good. We now have lots of enegy for the day ahead.Would recommend to anyone. Very friendly owners and accommodating of requirements
